Leila is a French Tunisian Dancer, Choreographer, and Horton technique Teacher based in the UK. She discovered Ballet in Lyon at a young age and was professionally trained in a 3-year course degree focusing on Classical Ballet and Jazz techniques. 

Leila is a naturally talented performer who won many gold and silver medals in dance competitions in France. After completing her Ballet and Jazz studies, Leila was awarded a scholarship to continue her training at the Institut de Formation Rick Odums in Paris, adding Contemporary, Horton, and Graham Techniques to her skills. Leila is also a former member of the Modern Dance Ensemble, directed by Pasqualina Noël and performed the Graham repertory in France. She then joined the prestigious Ailey School in NYC, where she received certified Horton and Graham Techniques training, amongst other dance techniques. She studied with world-renowned Master Teachers such as Milton Myers and Kazuko Hirabayashi. Leila is also a qualified Ballet Teacher and holds a French State Diploma. 

Her teaching experience covers all ages and levels, from children and amateurs to professionals. She has taught Ballet and Horton in various London schools such as Danceworks, WAC Arts, Artistry Youth Dance, and internationally in Germany, Belgium, England, and France. Over the past years, she also performed as a freelance artist in many live shows and has worked with BOP Jazz Theatre Company, Léa Tirabasso, and Etta Ermini Dance Theatre. 

Leila's refreshing teaching of the Horton technique enhances lines and posture, emphasizing artistry and expression. Currently, she is a Horton technique teacher in some of the Best Performing Arts Schools in the United Kingdom, such as The Urdang Academy and London Studio Centre.
